Talent Operations CoordinatorWe're offering an exciting opportunity for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our People team on a contract basis. You'll play a key role in creating a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams while helping us improve the speed and efficiency of our hiring processes.What you'll do:Interview Coordination and Candidate ExperienceOwn and manage interview scheduling in close partnership with our recruiters and hiring teamsCommunicate clearly with candidates throughout the process, ensuring they receive an exceptional experienceCoordinate complex interview schedules across multiple stakeholders, locations, and time zonesParticipate in hiring kick-off calls and support recruiters throughout the recruitment processTalent Operations and Process ImprovementMaintain accurate and up-to-date information across our ATS and Talent Acquisition databasesAdvertise open positions and ensure job postings are accurate, consistent, and compliantSupport initiatives that strengthen our employer brandIdentify opportunities to improve hiring velocity by optimizing scheduling and operational processesMaintain strong data hygiene and identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiencyWho you are:Experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operational role within a fast-paced environmentGood acumen with AI tooling and solutionsExcellent organization and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholdersThe ability to prioritize effectively and create a structured weekly scheduleConfidence using technology and digital tools; familiarity with job boards or applicant tracking systems would be an advantageStrong written and verbal communication skills, ideally developed in a customer- or candidate-facing roleA commitment to consistently delivering an excellent experienceAn outgoing, enthusiastic, and adaptable approachExcitement about becoming a core member of a collaborative, high-performing teamHow we work:Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
