Firm Operations & Recruiting Coordinator

The Role Executive & Partner Support Monitor and manage shared firm inboxes so the right things get seen, routed, and acted on Keep the partners organized and ahead of their week – scheduling meetings and coordinating calls Own the operational layer that keeps the firm running smoothly – vendor relationships, subscriptions, and office needs Talent & Hiring Own the full recruiting cycle for accounting and finance roles – job posts, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer logistics Be the face of Treaty Oak to every candidate and make each touchpoint a great one – how we hire says a lot about who we are Keep our recruiting pipeline moving so nothing stalls and no one falls through the cracks Partner with hiring managers to understand what great looks like for each role and move fast when we find it Build and improve the systems that make recruiting repeatable as we grow – we’re not hiring one person, we’re building a team Company Operations Welcome new team members through a best-in-class training – introductions, system access, first-month logistics, and making sure they feel set up to hit the ground running Plan and coordinate company events – offsites, lunch & learns, and whatever we dream up next to keep the team connected Spot gaps in how we operate and fix them – we’re building this as we go, and we want someone who chases continuous improvement 3.
