Land Management Coordinator

Trident Consulting is seeking a \"Land Management Coordinator\" for one of our client in \"Pomona, CA\". A global leader in business and technology services. Job Title: Land Management Coordinator Location: Pomona, CA 91768 (Hybrid - Onsite Monday & Tuesday) Pay Rate: $32/hr on W2 Type: Contract - W2 | 12 Months (Possible for Extension) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Land Management / Business Professional to support land management operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Title, Escrow, Property Management, or Real Estate, along with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and data management skills. The role involves processing project notifications and work orders, managing payments and land-use documentation, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting licensing and land management activities. Key Responsibilities Process encroachment closures and ensure documentation is completed accurately. Open project notifications and work orders to enable regional agents to begin projects in a timely manner. Process Non-PO payments and maintain accurate payment records. Create LCAP/LCOR records and related documentation. Monitor the Secondary Land Use Inbox , respond to customer inquiries, and submit requests to the appropriate licensing agent. Maintain and update the Secondary Land Use Log . Review Certificates of Insurance (COI) for accuracy and completeness. Upload and enter COI documentation and notes into SAP . Forward documentation and requests to the appropriate licensing agent. Process and pay line rents that are critical to ongoing operations. Gather, research, and analyze information and data to support land management activities. Manage multiple assignments and adjust workflows based on changing priorities and deadlines. Maintain a high level of accuracy while working with minimal supervision. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, agents, customers, and other stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a supporting role within: Title ,Escrow, Property Management, Real Estate Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to gather, research, analyze, and interpret information/data. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and changing priorities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred Preferred / Desired Qualifications Experience with SAP . Experience working with real estate and land-based maps and plans , including: Tract Maps Parcel Maps Assessor's Maps Site Development Plans Google Earth LandVision Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . Experience working with property, land management, or real estate documentation. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Experience handling high-volume administrative or analytical assignments with minimal supervision. Ability to adapt workflows and priorities based on changing business conditions.
