They must be prepared for a broad range of medical conditions. Complete assignments made by physicians. Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care. Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments. Administer medication. Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the treatment team.
