- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a health-related field; familiarity with electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
Pay & Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $115,000 annually, based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment
- Pay package: discussed upon application

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using electronic medical records, primarily Epic
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Support occasional SNF, home health, or school-based therapy as needed
- Contribute to a positive, engaged work environment in a community-valued facility
What You Need
Required:- Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification (within 1 year of start)
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
