Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus potential

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with some flexibility required

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys seeing the results of their work, and wants to contribute to a growing business. The ideal candidate can take ownership of everyday marketing tasks, bring new ideas to the table, and use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

You do not need to be an expert in every area of marketing. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation, hands-on digital advertising experience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to grow into greater responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Analytics

• Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimize ads to improve lead generation and cost per lead.
• Track marketing results and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Assist with conversion tracking, website analytics, and campaign attribution.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Develop and manage social media content calendars and create engaging posts, videos, Reels, social media captions, and other marketing copy.
• Capture and organize project photos, customer testimonials, and before-and-after content.
• Maintain consistent branding across digital platforms and marketing materials.

Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation

• Research industry trends, and new advertising opportunities.
• Help plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that support company goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve website performance, lead quality, and marketing results.

Customer Engagement & Community Marketing

• Coordinate participation in local events, trade shows, parades, sponsorships, and community initiatives.

General Marketing Support

• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign records, and project timelines.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, direct mail, and promotional items.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, incoming inquiries, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with management and the sales team to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
• Experience with social media management and digital content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while seeking guidance when needed.
