We are seeking a part-time grounds porter to join our team and we can train! We are looking for a porter to take care of our properties and carry out all grounds work and cleaning necessities. The goal is to keep our properties in a clean and orderly condition.

We have several positions available all around San Antonio! You will be trained. We provide ample flexibility with scheduling. You can clean our customers properties anytime between 6am-6pm. This is a great opportunity for someone who needs extra income and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Go around the grounds of the property and pick trash, debris, replace trash can liners and blow leaves in walkways with a leaf blower occasionally.
• If property has a pool, you will go around the pool area arrange furniture and pick up any trash and debris.
• If property has restrooms, these will need to be cleaned as well.
• Adhere to estimated labor budget times.
• Notify management of supply needs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Hours:

• Areas open in the Airport & Downtown area.
• Monday-Friday.
• Anytime between 6am-6pm.
• 15-20 hours a week. More can be given if desired .

Benefits:

• Fuel pay each pay period for full time.
• Drive time pay from going to one property to the next part time or full time staff.

Qualifications:

• MUST maintain excellent attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Must have your own vehicle.
• Must have current vehicle insurance
• Must have your own cellphone.
• Must pass a background check.
