Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals.
- 100% outpatient – no call.
- Participate in development of clinic protocols and formulary.
- Leadership opportunity available.

Education & Experience
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and valid unencumbered license to practice.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; must maintain active certification throughout employment.
- Current active Federal and State DEA License.
Job & Physical Requirements
- Work under usual office conditions; required to use a personal computer and be on the phone for extended periods.
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb.
- Must work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed.
- Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Travel Requirements
Work will involve some driving/traveling to assigned clinics.
