At Your Pie, we believe that guests should leave our restaurants feeling happier than when they came in. We strive to create moments with our guests that deliver a memorable store experience. The Your Pie menu focuses on custom-made pizza, pasta, salad, wing, and sandwich options that are served fresh and fast. Guests may build their own entrees from scratch or choose from inspired menu favorites created by Your Pie. Each location serves hand-picked craft beers to complement the menu.

WHAT WE’LL EXPECT FROM YOU DAY TO DAY.
Assist the general manager in leading a team with integrity and a sense of purpose.
Do you think “on time” is “late?” Great, because we need you to be reliable and punctual.
Provide ongoing direction, coaching, and training to crew members.
Cash management: counting cash drawers and preparing bank deposits.
Hold yourself and those you manage accountable to Your Pie brand standards.
Help shifts operate super smoothly and execute job duties with the utmost pride and attention to detail.
Ensure crew members follow all checklists, store rules and policies.
Assist general manager with weekly inventory counts, food orders, and employee shift scheduling as needed.
