Event Coordinator
$30 - $35 per hourInsight Global
This position provides administrative, donor relations, and event coordination support to help ensure the successful execution of donor engagement activities, stewardship initiatives, and special events.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle confidential donor and institutional information with discretion.
- Experience in event coordination, donor relations, higher education, nonprofit, or administrative support environments preferred.
- Familiarity with donor database systems or CRM platforms preferred.
Position Details:
- Temporary part-time position covering maternity leave.
- Flexible work schedule based on departmental and event needs.
- Some evening or occasional event support may be required.
Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
