Event Coordinator

This position provides administrative, donor relations, and event coordination support to help ensure the successful execution of donor engagement activities, stewardship initiatives, and special events.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

• Ability to handle confidential donor and institutional information with discretion.
• Experience in event coordination, donor relations, higher education, nonprofit, or administrative support environments preferred.
• Familiarity with donor database systems or CRM platforms preferred.

Position Details:

• Temporary part-time position covering maternity leave.
• Flexible work schedule based on departmental and event needs.
• Some evening or occasional event support may be required.

Compensation:

$30/hr to $35/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
