Concierge - Full Time

The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge to join our team! This position provides front desk customer service to residents and visitors. Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Starting at $18/hr. - commensurate with fine culinary experience. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge: * Greets visitors to the community in a prompt and gracious manner. Determine the purpose of the visit, contact the appropriate party, and makes the visitor comfortable while they wait. * Answers and directs all incoming phone calls to the appropriate person and/or take and distribute messages promptly and accurately.

• Manages incoming and outbound mail. Accepts and logs packages.
• Accepts and communicates transportation requests and follows up to ensure

that they are fulfilled. * Accepts, documents, and distributes work requests from residents and team members and follows up to ensure they are responded to in a timely manner. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Must have excellent verbal skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Ability to efficiently operate telephone system.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm, efficient

demeanor.
