Position Overview ChristianaCare's School Based Health Program is hiring a part‑time Behavioral Health Therapist to support Conrad High School in Wilmington, Delaware. The role will provide office‑based clinical assessment and mental health therapy services for a diverse caseload of students in Newcastle County. Work Schedule Part‑time, 32 hours per week over 42 weeks per year, Monday‑Friday aligned with the school day. No weekends or holidays, providing a strong work‑life balance. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual psychotherapy with assigned patients and group therapy sessions using evidence‑based practices. Conduct psychosocial evaluations to provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations. Develop coordinated treatment plans in collaboration with other members of the treatment team. Report and update pertinent patient information to physicians and the treatment team in a timely manner. Track referrals of patients requesting services. Perform other related duties as required.
