POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Analyze business processes to identify, define, and document requirements. Writing complex SQL queries, joining multiple tables, and performing data transformations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, including facilitating meetings and sharing information. Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories that accurately capture stakeholder requirements. Conduct manual testing Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Master's and 5+ years of experience, Bachelor's and 7+ years of experience or 13+ years in lieu of a degree Proficient in defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical personnel. Experience creating test plan, test cases and test execution. Strong experience working in an Agile methodology Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI Level 3 Methodologies

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases. Strong communication and technical writing skills. Experience with manual testing and have good knowledge ofBackend DB testing (using SQL), Manual testing & some API testing. Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving. Self-managed with the ability to mentor others. Strong experience with tools to manage requirements. Knowledge of requirements gathering methodologies and documentation standards.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Knowledge of data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy, WebFOCUS). Experience working on Federal Govt Contracts Database experience such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL and JDBC. Familiarity with project management frameworks. Previous experience with Social Security Administration. Agile certification is desired.
