Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare survey drawings, plats, maps, and exhibits using Carlson, AutoCAD, or similar CADD software
- Process and interpret field survey data to produce accurate and high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with licensed surveyors, engineers, and field crews throughout project execution
- Assist with legal descriptions, survey reports, and project documentation
- Organize and maintain survey data, drawings, and project files
- Help identify and resolve data discrepancies while supporting efficient project delivery
- Two or more years of land surveying or survey CADD experience, or an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Carlson, or similar CADD software
- Working knowledge of survey field procedures and construction stakeout
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to quality, continuous learning, and being a positive member of a team
