A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work within a dedicated school-based team near Bastrop, TX. Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license for the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience in school settings or pediatrics strongly preferred
• Knowledge of evaluation tools, IEP processes, and evidence-based therapy practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with a range of abilities
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote language development and academic success
• Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
