A great school district in the Bastrop, Texas area is now looking to hire a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract position offering 37.5 hours per week with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

The SLP will support a K–12 caseload of approximately 55–60 students. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and hold an active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.

· Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to K–12 students.

· Provide bilingual speech-language support for Spanish-speaking students as needed.

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.

· Provide individual, group, and consultative speech-language services.

· Support students with articulation, language, fluency, communication, and related needs.

· Develop and monitor appropriate IEP goals.

· Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with members of the educational team.

· Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress reports, and student records.

· Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school-based professionals.

· Previous school-based or pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience preferred.

· Experience working with K–12 students is preferred.

· Experience providing bilingual speech-language services is strongly preferred.

· Candidates should be comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 55–60 students.

· Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License required.

· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.

· Bilingual Spanish proficiency required.

· Must meet all Texas and school district requirements for school-based SLP practice.
