We are seeking a safety-focused and reliable Forklift Driver to operate material handling equipment, accurately move and store inventory, and support efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution center while maintaining the highest standards of productivity and workplace safety. This position follows a Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM schedule.


How you create impact

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, move, store, and stage products while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to process inventory and shipment transactions.
• Perform equipment inspections and follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Support receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, cycle counting, and inventory control activities.
• Maintain clean work areas and meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance standards.

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse, logistics, or 3PL experience preferred.
• Previous forklift/material handling equipment experience or ability to obtain certification.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, WMS, and inventory systems.
• Ability to follow work instructions, shipping documents, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and safely lift/move materials as required.
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and schedule flexibility.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
