- Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload trailers using powered industrial equipment.
- Move, stage, stack, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Perform inventory movements accurately using RF scanners or warehouse systems, when applicable.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse policies.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent forklift experience required.
- Experience operating stand-up reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers is required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
