About The Role We are now seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to join our team based at our Karratha site . The Opportunity Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, this exciting role is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day operations by controlling, directing and maximising the productivity and effectiveness of the branch. You will play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient and cost‑effective operational performance while fostering a culture built on leadership, accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Implement operational changes to improve branch efficiency and productivity Oversee cost control, utilisation and operational performance through structured reviews Monitor fleet movement to ensure safe, reliable and cost‑effective freight distribution Uphold and promote Centurion’s values, safety culture and commitment to operational excellence Ensure appropriate policies, procedures and operational structures are in place and followed Drive local hire initiatives and ensure optimal utilisation of branch‑based assets Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification in Management or equivalent industry experience Hold or be willing to obtain a QSEC Licence Demonstrated experience supervising supply chain or logistics operations Experience with general freight consolidation Cost‑control mindset with strong commercial awareness Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Why Join Centurion?
