ABA Recruiter for Children Making Strides

Full Time (40 Hours)
Location: Greenville, SC

At Children Making Strides, we are committed to providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children and families across multiple states. As we expand our clinical teams, we are seeking a driven and relationship-focused ABA Recruiter to help us bring on exceptional talent.

Position Summary:

The ABA Recruiter will be responsible for owning the full-cycle hiring process for clinical roles supporting our South Carolina (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson) and Georgia (Atlanta-area, Augusta, Cumming) locations. This is a full-time, primarily in-person role based in Upstate SC, with some flexibility for hybrid work.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and manage candidates for BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT openings across Upstate SC and Greater Atlanta, GA

• Build and maintain consistent candidate pipelines across both markets through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local outreach

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership in each region

• Manage candidate communication and experience from first contact through offer

• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline status by market, and report regularly on hiring progress

• Partner with HR and clinical leadership on job postings, compensation guidance, and offer details

• Coordinate with recruitment team for onboarding processes

• Represent CMS at job fairs, university partnerships, and local networking events in SC and GA as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health recruiting strongly preferred)

• Comfortable managing a high volume of candidates and openings across multiple markets simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

• Self-starter who can work independently while staying aligned with team goals

• Based in or able to regularly work on-site in the Upstate SC area (Greenville/Spartanburg)
