Job Title: Warehouse Associate I Department: Operations | Country: United States of America | State/Province: Delaware | City: New Castle | Full/Part Time: Full time Job Summary Under close supervision, the role assists in maintaining secure inventory storage and controlling materials in and out of the warehouse. It involves storage, shipping, receiving, and physical counts of assets to verify integrity. The incumbent must work flexible shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts, to meet scheduling demands. Key Responsibilities Prepare goods and materials for shipment, including creating packing slips. Perform basic inventory maintenance. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures (e.g., docking doors locked, wheel chocks used). Process material stock requests, orders, and returns using inventory and billing systems. Handle defective, discontinued, or recalled goods; destroy returned goods as appropriate. Perform check‑ins and check‑outs; verify order completeness and inspect for damage. Review daily processing of returned goods and vendor returns for accuracy and timeliness. Receive, issue, and store supplies and equipment; process customer turn‑ins and verify inventory accuracy. Minimum Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Ability to work outdoors, in the elements, and on multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends. Physical capability to lift or move an appliance up to 100 pounds. Willingness to wear appropriate work attire (bump cap, footwear, gloves, safety vests). Ability to multi‑task. Position is not eligible for employment‑based sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of warehouse experience. High School Diploma or GED. Forklift certification. OSHA knowledge. Ability to comply with flexible workdays and hours. Compensation Salary is based on skills, experience, geography, and other qualifications. The role may be eligible for annual bonuses and incentives based on profitability or volumes, in accordance with the Company’s bonus and incentive plans.
