Responsibilities Assist operators in the production of materials in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Operate production machinery and equipment safely, efficiently, and in line with operational guidelines. Monitor production processes to ensure materials consistently meet required specifications and quality standards. Perform regular quality checks on materials and products and accurately document all inspection results. Use a sit-down forklift to stage and move materials as needed, approximately 10% of the time. Support production line activities, including machine operation, general production tasks, and assembly line work. Participate in compounding and other manufacturing processes as directed by operators or supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to support safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and company procedures, including proper use of equipment and personal safety practices. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors regarding production status, issues, and needs. Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or process discrepancies promptly to operators or management. Adhere to rotating 12-hour shift schedules and demonstrate reliable attendance to support consistent production operations. Why Work Here? The position follows rotating 12-hour shifts, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks throughout the shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Castle, DE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
