General Manager

Location: Fort Myers, Florida

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 + bonus potential and benefits

A well-established fast-casual restaurant concept with a loyal customer base and strong operational foundation is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant performance. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building teams, creating accountability, and driving consistent results while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

The successful candidate will take ownership of operational execution, team development, financial performance, and community presence.

What You Will Do

Direct all daily restaurant operations
Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members
Create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence
Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
Analyze financial performance and implement improvement strategies
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workforce planning
Build relationships within the local community to support sales growth
Resolve guest concerns and maintain exceptional service standards
Partner with ownership and senior leadership on operational initiatives

What We Are Looking For

3–5+ years of restaurant management experience with at least 1 year as a General Manager or comparable leader
Proven success managing restaurant financial performance
Strong background in team development and retention
Experience leading high-volume fast-casual, quick-service, café, or casual dining operations
Strong business acumen and operational discipline
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment

Compensation & Details

Base salary: $60,000–$70,000
Bonus opportunity based on performance
