QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist from an accredited program
• Ability to follow strict safety and sterile protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Experience in hospital medicine or medical‑surgical settings (preferred)

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST

You'll enjoy a stable Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule, with no weekends or on‑call time.

Each day as a Surgical Technologist, you'll step into the OR as the anchor of preparation and precision. Your morning may begin by assembling the sterile field and verifying every instrument is accounted for. During procedures, you become an essential partner, passing instruments smoothly, tracking counts, anticipating needs, and maintaining the highest level of safety. After each case, you transition into restoring order, preparing the space, and supporting the team before the next patient arrives. Your presence ensures seamless flow, exceptional care, and a safe, organized environment for both patients and providers.
