Are you a Marine technician with Engine experience, looking to join a well-established OEM, and progress into Lead & Senior Technician positions, as you work across a range of high-end leisure and commercial vessels.

This company are well established in their industry, and carry a reputable name. they are committed to the development, and progression of their technical team through tailored training packages, and external course reimbursement.


This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing and repairing complex marine engine systems, working on everything from routine maintenance through to full engine rebuilds and troubleshooting faults on premium vessels.


The company is expanding its technical capability and is looking to bring in a skilled mechanical technician who wants to deepen their expertise in modern marine propulsion systems and take on more responsibility as they grow within the business.


You will be working closely with experienced engineers and will be supported with ongoing training specific to Volvo Penta systems and wider inboard engine platforms, with clear progression into senior and lead technician responsibilities.



The Role:

• Diagnose, service and repair Volvo Penta and inboard marine engines
• Carry out maintenance, fault-finding and full mechanical rebuilds
• Work on high-end leisure and commercial marine vessels
• Develop technical expertise with structured manufacturer-focused training

The Candidate:

• Strong marine mechanical background
• Experience with Volvo Penta or similar inboard engine systems
• Confident in diagnostics, servicing and repair work
• Looking to build long-term progression within marine engineering
