Description

Cobalt is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This isn't a traditional demand gen role. We are building a sophisticated Growth Marketing framework that is focused on automation and orchestration to identify accounts with the highest propensity to buy, and nurture them into turning purchase ready. 

In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing playbooks and measure the efficacy of the programs on regular cadences. With the goal of generating and accelerating pipeline across North America and EMEA regions, you will leverage your experience to build systems that are scaleable, repeatable and sustainable.

With tight alignment with Sales and Revenue Operations teams, you will utilize Salesforce, UserGems, HubSpot to identify intent and track buyer movement, in support of both new business and expansion pipeline. You are accountable, fearless in taking ownership, and ready to move beyond "lead gen" to innovate programs across the entire customer journey.

What You’ll Do

• Full-Lifecycle Account Progression: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to company growth objectives, focusing on both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customer accounts.
• Multi-Touch Program Engagement : Drive multi-channel initiatives (such as email, webinars, social, direct mail and digital advertising) to guide target prospects through every phase of the buyer journey.
• Automation & AI Agents: Design and oversee automated agents to streamline routine workflows, accelerate program delivery, and ensure swift, confident execution.
• Intent & Movement Orchestration: Use UserGems intent signals and tracking to trigger automated playbooks that reach and engage buying committees and follow previous champions to new target accounts.
• Customer Marketing & Advocacy: Develop programs to nurture existing customers, leveraging their success stories to drive whitespace expansion and cross-sell.
• Content Strategy & Execution: Co-own the content calendar alongside the content team, designing multi-format programs to engage key contacts and activate target accounts.
• Sales & Success Enablement: Act as the primary marketing contact for sales and BDR teams, leading weekly syncs to align, equip, and empower sellers on activation plans and performance expectations.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track active program metrics continuously, taking direct ownership of course corrections to ensure key performance targets are met.

You Must Have

• Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on growth, demand generation, or regional marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment.
• ABM Execution: Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, and modern growth technologies.
• Marketing Automation & CRM: Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent tools (such as UserGems or 6Sense), along with hands-on experience developing MCP agents
• Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights that drive campaign optimization and improve outcomes.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging, conversion-focused content.
• Accountability: A strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range Disclosure (For US openings only)

Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is ($110,00 - $130,000) + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
