Senior US IT Recruiter

USEReady is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of top talent across IT, Data, Analytics, Cloud, AI, and other technology domains. Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 9+ years of experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies for Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS accounts. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding. Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels. Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, and overall fit for the role. Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers and ensure timely feedback. Negotiate compensation, availability, and employment terms with candidates. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates across multiple technologies. Ensure compliance with client submission guidelines and recruitment processes. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and service level agreements (SLAs). Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and consultants to ensure successful hiring outcomes. Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices to improve team performance. Skills & Qualifications 9+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Hands-on experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements. Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD). Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals using advanced Boolean search techniques. Excellent candidate screening, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to work independently during US business hours.
