Drive Critical Customer Commitments Through Supply Chain Excellence as Senior ISC Project Management Specialist

Pay Rate: $42.80/hr

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly motivated Senior ISC Project Management Specialist to support critical customer requirements through effective project execution, material readiness planning, and cross-functional coordination.

In this role, you'll serve as a key connection point between Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure customer commitments are achieved while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. This position is ideal for a project professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or supply chain environment and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are achieved.

• Develop project schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against milestones.

• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Material Readiness & Build Planning

• Drive build plans and material readiness activities to support customer delivery commitments.

• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and operations teams to ensure material availability.

• Monitor supply chain performance and identify potential constraints before they impact production.

Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner closely with Customer Operations teams to align priorities and execution plans.

• Collaborate across:

• Facilitate communication and decision-making across stakeholder groups.

Risk Management & Recovery Planning

• Identify project risks, material shortages, and operational challenges early.

• Develop and implement recovery plans to address:

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Production constraints

  • Material shortages

  • Delivery risks

• Lead mitigation efforts to minimize business impact and maintain customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare project metrics, status reports, and executive-level presentations.

• Communicate project health, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

• Support initiatives focused on improving operational execution, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Business

  • Supply Chain

  • Engineering

  • Project Management

  • Related discipline (preferred)

• 4–6+ years of experience in:

  • Project Management

  • Supply Chain

  • Operations

  • Manufacturing

  • Related fields

• Experience leading cross-functional projects.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

• Proficiency with:

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Project tracking and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting:

  • Customer Operations

  • Materials Management

  • Production Planning

  • Integrated Supply Chain functions

• Knowledge of:

  • Build Planning

  • Material Readiness

  • Recovery Planning

  • Supply Chain Operations

• Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other regulated industry experience.

• PMP or other project management certification.
