Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design customized therapy approaches that empower them to reach their functional milestones

• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic patient care
• Support Patient and Family Education: Guide patients and caregivers through therapeutic procedures, ensuring progress continues beyond therapy
• Track and Document Progress: Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a certified institution
• Continuous education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
