About the Role

The Company is seeking a President, Chief Officer, Vice President, Director to join their team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a background in high-growth environments, particularly in the DTC, eCommerce, or digital marketplace sectors. The role is not limited to a specific job title but is open to individuals who have a proven track record of using AI tools, such as Claude Code, to drive real business outcomes. This includes automating workflows, building and improving systems, analyzing data for commercial decisions, and supporting execution across various business functions. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to understand and apply AI in a way that goes beyond casual use, and is focused on replacing human effort with automation to drive revenue and efficiency. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a relevant industry, with a strong understanding of the business models and customer profiles associated with the specified categories. The company is looking for individuals who can demonstrate a history of tangible results, such as revenue growth, increased efficiency, and improved performance. A-Players, as defined by the company, are those who have a history of success, have operated in similar environments, and can clearly articulate the commercial impact of their work. The role is not suitable for those who have only experimented with AI tools or who do not have a deep understanding of the business problems they are solving. The focus is on candidates who think in systems, use AI to execute, and are passionate about driving outcomes.
