Maintenance Technician / Facility Tech

Job Tilte: Maintenance Technician (PLC / Hydraulics Experience Preferred)
Location: Sun Valley, CA
Shift: M-F, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hour

Position Summary
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, hydraulic and electrical systems, PLCs, and facility equipment while minimizing downtime and ensuring safe operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Assist with PLC and relay system troubleshooting
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Complete preventative maintenance and repair documentation
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications
Required

Experience with industrial maintenance and hydraulic/electrical systems
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret schematics

Preferred

2-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
Welding or fabrication experience
Bilingual English/Spanish

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to wear required PPE at all times
