North America Marketing Go-to-Market Assistant Project Manager (6-Month Contract)

Job Mission New Balance is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the North America Marketing Go-to-Market (GTM) team in driving the successful execution of seasonal marketing initiatives. This role coordinates cross‑functional collaboration across the North America Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Sales Operations teams to bring strategic campaigns and brand stories to life from planning through launch, while ensuring alignment with GTM processes and timelines. The incumbent works alongside the Go‑to‑Market Director and Senior Manager, managing key milestones across three seasons in parallel: future season planning, launch preparation (including regional content creation), and current season plan communication and execution. The position is a temporary 6‑month contract with a hybrid schedule: three days per week on‑site at headquarters in Brighton, MA (Tuesday through Thursday) and two days remote. Major Accountabilities Support department‑wide planning sessions. Coordinate meeting invites and follow‑ups with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely completion of key actions. Assist in coordinating go‑to‑market tasks and timelines across Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Sales Operations. Aid in the adoption of the project management system and template setup. Content Production Assistance Collaborate with the GTM Senior Manager to organize seasonal content productions. Update shot lists, coordinate samples, and prepare/execution of photoshoots. Support post‑production by uploading images to the digital asset management system and ensuring teams receive needed assets. Assist with post‑season content audits, collecting and organizing feedback from stakeholders to guide future content planning. Requirements for Success College graduate with 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Operations, or Content Production. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Asana, and digital asset management systems. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Deadline‑oriented with solid oral and written communication skills, including specific writing experience. Energetic, positive, can‑do attitude, and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
