Job Title: Assembly Technician Job Description

Join a dynamic team that produces composite building materials for data centers, generator farms, and other manufacturing settings. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble rails, stairs, and treads for walkways using clips, bolts, nuts, and brackets.

• Use a measuring tape and speed square to align components precisely.

• Interpret blueprints to understand build specifications accurately.

• Utilize electric and air-powered tools effectively.

• Operate Miter saw and band saw, and input lengths and dimensions into the computer for auto measuring on the tool.

• Glue parts together as required.

• Support CNC cutting operations and receive training on further CNC operations.

Essential Skills

• Proficient use of tape measures and rulers.

• Skilled in using hand and power tools.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Driven with a desire to continually learn and improve in custom fabrication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in custom fabrication is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in an organized, climate-controlled environment, though bay doors may be open during summer, causing warmer conditions. You will be on your feet all day, working the 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am, Monday through Thursday, with voluntary overtime available.

This is a Contract position based out of Miamisburg, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.25 - $24.25/hr.
