What You’ll Do

• Assemble, align, and fit components for industrial gearboxes to technical drawings, repair specs, and tolerances.
• Inspect, clean, and prep parts for assembly — quality starts before the first bolt goes on.
• Use precision tools (micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches) to verify accuracy at every step.
• Apply proper lubrication, sealing, and fastening techniques for repairs that last.
• Team up with machinists, technicians, and engineers to troubleshoot and solve assembly challenges.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, following shop safety protocols.

What You Bring

• Proven mechanical assembly experience — industrial equipment, gearboxes, or rotating machinery preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and repair manuals.
• Comfort with precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools.
• A problem‑solver's mindset and genuine pride in quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy components safely.
• A team player who shares knowledge and is eager to keep learning.
