In this role, you’ll provide direct psychosocial support, education, and care coordination for patients navigating pregnancy-related decisions and life circumstances. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring each client receives accurate information, emotional support, appropriate referrals, and individualized care planning, while collaborating closely with the clinical team to support holistic patient care.
