Position Overview

This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 3045 minute commute). Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 12 evenings per week extending to 6:307:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly this is what you can expect from your schedule.

Clinical & Administrative Support

• Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks
• Clinical supervisors for case consultation and guidance

• Care coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics

• BT trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing

• Clinical rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings
• Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA IIV

Compensation

• Base salary: $83,100 and $103,800
• Dual bonus program: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours, averaging between $5,000 - $10,000 annually
• First year signing bonus: up to $5,000

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or a related field required
• BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
