Patient Access Manager: Lead Front‑End Revenue Cycle

Clinical Management Consultants

Patient Access Manager We are seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead the front‑end revenue cycle at a thriving Central Colorado hospital. Working with a full staff and EPIC EHR, the Manager will help ensure accurate registration, clean claims, and superior patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Guide admissions, scheduling, insurance verification, pre‑authorization, and financial counseling teams. Lead a diverse interdisciplinary workforce that includes analysts, educators, and nurses. Set clear service standards and coach staff for excellence. Build cross‑department partnerships with clinical and ancillary leaders. Maintain regulatory readiness, denials prevention, and a patient‑first access operation.
