Handyman Sub-Contractor

LBN Construction

Job Description

The Handyman Sub-Contractor will provide reliable multi-trade maintenance and repair services across mixed property types in multiple nearby cities. This role will handle routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and renovation projects, with assignments and work orders coordinated by the Company Owner.

Responsibilities

Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
Complete plumbing and electrical repairs.
Perform carpentry, drywall repair, fixture installation, and related renovation work.
Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs and repair requirements.
Manage materials and retain receipts for job-related purchases.
Maintain clean, orderly, and safe worksites.
Provide before-and-after photos and completion notes after each completed job.

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in residential and commercial maintenance.
Have your own tools
Business insurance

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems.
Experience with carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and finishing.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Knowledge of building maintenance and safety compliance.
Strong customer service skills.
