Position Overview We are seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to fill block schedule positions that include sleep?overnight shifts. These roles offer consistent, set schedules at the same residential program, supporting stability for both employees and individuals served. This position is ideal for candidates seeking predictable hours while providing meaningful support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.What Is a Block Schedule? A block schedule is a set, recurring work schedule with assigned days and hours each week. DSPs hired into block schedules work the same shifts consistently and are not subject to rotating schedules.
