Job Summary
The organization is seeking a qualified Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Lone Tree, Colorado. This role involves providing specialized critical care for adult patients in a busy ICU/CCU environment, supporting patient needs with a focus on acute care procedures and patient safety.

Job Details

• Position: Travel RN ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
• Location: Lone Tree, Colorado
• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have current acute care ICU experience with a minimum of 1 year, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Neuro certification and neuro and trauma experience are highly desirable.
• Responsibilities: Provide critical care to adult ICU patients, including procedures such as rapid intubation, chest tubes, and EVD. Support patients with LVAD and CCRT therapy. Adapt to unit needs and assist with overflow patient care.
• Additional Information: The unit has updated equipment such as Lenet beds and GE monitors, with a staffing ratio of 1 RN to 2 patients. Ability to be flexible and willing to change assignments mid-shift to accommodate patient acuity is valued.
