As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail banking location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist customers and employees with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a retail banking location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, customer areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
