OB/GYN Physician Opportunity

We are currently seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our well-established outpatient clinic located in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA.

• Full-time employment opportunity available.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience is highly preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
• OB/GYN physicians typically see between 22-25 patients daily in the clinic.
• Responsibilities include patient care in our clinics located in Los Gatos and Mountain View.
• Average delivery rate is 3-4 deliveries per call.
• Comprehensive Women's Health services offered, including well-woman care, prenatal planning, high-risk pregnancy management, postpartum care, in-office procedures, specialized surgical care, and minimally invasive surgical options.
• Call schedule is 1:10, averaging about 3 calls per month.
• The group consists of 19 physicians: 13 general OB/GYNs, 2 OB/GYN Hospitalists, and 6 Gynecologists.
• Robust support staff and access to specialists.
• Diverse patient demographic.
• Deliveries take place at a local hospital equipped with a Level 3 NICU, featuring 24-hour dedicated anesthesiology for labor and delivery, a neonatologist, and an obstetric hospitalist.

• Attractive compensation package.
• Two-year base salary guarantee of $375,000 annually.
• Quarterly wRVU Productivity Incentive Bonus based on individual productivity.
• Potential for up to 10% annual performance incentives.
