Production Supervisor – 2nd ShiftProduction Supervisor – 2nd ShiftMaple Lake, MN 55358$65,000.00-$74,000.00/salaryFullTimeJuly 9, 202648312546Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity:Job Title: Production SupervisorPay Rate Range: $65,000.00-$74,000.00/salaryLocation: Maple Lake, MNSchedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2AM with required overtime.Position Type: Direct HireRequirements and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is a plus).3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics or a similar production environment.Previous leadership or supervisory experience.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read work instructions and blueprints.Comfortable using basic measuring tools, hand tools, and computers.Lift up to 50 lbs.Stand and walk throughout the shift.Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and dust.Duties and Responsibilities:We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and help drive safety, quality, and on-time production.
