Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times. Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best. Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals. Handle cash management and financial reporting accurately. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles or as an Esthetician. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
