Summary

Pawlak Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team at 5122 Main Street in Downers Grove. This opportunity is ideal for a driven professional who is passionate about helping clients navigate the real estate market and achieve their property goals.

Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch training program and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Apply PLACE lead-generation strategies consistently each week and convert prospecting activities into scheduled client appointments.
• Counsel buyers, obtain signed buyer representation agreements, and help clients identify properties that meet their needs.
• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the offer and negotiation process.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date records of activities, tasks, and client interactions in PLACE Technology.
• Host at least two open houses per month and actively market listed properties.
• Guide sellers through the listing process, secure new listings, and advise on pricing, staging, and related marketing services.
• Participate in weekly script practice, team meetings and events, one-on-one coaching, Partner Calls, and required training sessions.

Qualifications

• Motivated, results-oriented sales professional with a competitive spirit
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships, identify needs, and recommend customized solutions
• Experienced in prospecting and developing new business opportunities
• Confident and effective in addressing client concerns and overcoming objections
• Clear, professional communicator committed to providing outstanding customer service
• Team-oriented and able to work effectively with colleagues
• Active real estate license required
• At least three years of experience in real estate sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development and personal improvement
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Willing and able to learn and apply scripts and conversational techniques
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
