Job Details Work 12‑hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Required to work every 3rd weekend and one major winter holiday Self‑scheduling available Float to Telemetry and other facilities as needed Maintain 2:1 ICU standard nurse-to-patient ratio, 3:1 for step‑down patients, or 1:1 for very high‑acuity patients Work with 21‑bed ICU unit with 45 staff members Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Cardiac experience and CRRT preferred Work with Hospira IV pumps and Meditech EMR system Perform procedures including intubation, central line insertion, bronchoscopy, endoscopy Manage vasopressor IV drip titration, ventilator management Provide care for sepsis, arrhythmias, and Med/Surg critical care patients Team‑oriented environment with good sense of humor Day shift includes 1 charge nurse with no patient assignment and 6‑8 nurses Adex Job ID #998433.
