Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor The Maintenance Supervisor directs day-to-day activities and assigns tasks as necessary. The role coordinates Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources to support plant operations, recommends continuous improvement initiatives across corporate processes and systems, and assists production management with maintenance, training, and operation of equipment. The supervisor is responsible for all activities and personnel involved in the direction and support of maintenance functions at the specified Ashley location, which may include building, machine, and support groups.
