Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2950 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Supplemental Program - Highland Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: Supplemental Program - Highland Hospital.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year recent experience in acute Med Surg/Tele. 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years recent experience in acute Med Surg/Tele preferred.

Special Requests: Current/previous employees must take 12 months off from any University of Rochester Medical Center affiliate. Block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed.

Unit Details: West 4 Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) and Alternate Level of Care Unit (ALC).

Shift & Scheduling: 7P-7A / 7A-7P rotation. Flexible contract hours: 36 and 48 per week available. 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract. Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility’s schedule.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
