To support high-impact insurance defense cases, the full-time Texas Licensed Paralegal Specialist will manage litigation files, draft legal documents, and prepare for arbitration and trial while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice Order and track medical records; coordinate expert review and disclosures Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment Familiarity with legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings Must meet all applicable paralegal certification, registration, or licensure requirements as defined by the state of Texas Candidates must be based near one of the Texas office locations: Dallas, Austin, Houston, McAllen, or San Antonio Virtual Vocations Inc
