State Licensed Associate Corporate Counsel

Joining the Corporate Trust Team, the full-time remote State Licensed Associate Corporate Counsel will manage corporate governance, SEC reporting, and sustainability initiatives while supporting M&A transactions and other legal projects. Key responsibilities Support the preparation and review of SEC filings and governance documentation Coordinate sustainability assessments and assist with the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report Research and draft updates to corporate policies while monitoring legal and regulatory developments Required qualifications JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, capital markets, or securities compliance Familiarity with SEC reporting and public company governance Strong legal research and writing skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams Virtual Vocations Inc
